Rumors Club Rules and Expected Conduct
- Rumors Lifestyle Events are defined as "off premises" lifestyle socials. There is no sexual activity permitted except in the privacy of your own accommodation. Attendees will be asked to leave if you do not follow this rule and possibly subject to police charges.
- Please do not spend an unnecessary amount of time in the parking lot, lobby, hallways, or any other common area of the establishment in which the event is taking place. Inappropriate behavior in front of other guests or in public places will not be tolerated. Rumors members who do not cooperate will be identified and will be asked to leave.
- No means No. If someone is not comfortable with something, they have the right to say no and you must respect their wishes. If you violate this rule you will be immediately escorted off the premises and out of the event.
- No audio or video recording devices are permitted. No cameras or camera phones are permitted for use inside the designated event area. If you must take or make a call, please do so from a common area outside of the event area.
- No illegal drugs are allowed inside the building or in the parking lot at any time. Guests wishing to attend the party may be asked to show contents of purses or other concealing items to check for alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, cameras or other items not permitted into the party.
- Anyone engaging in a violent or disrespectful manner to any guest, staff or member of Rumors or the venue or bar staff will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to return in the future.
- Discretion is a vital aspect for our guests and staff to enjoy the party and the lifestyle. If at any time any member should be found to have disclosed information about Rumors or any of its members to any non-lifestyle third party, such as but not limited to, news media or investigative documentary groups they will lose their membership privileges and will not be allowed to return.
- Single males are permitted on a limited basis only if escorted by a couple that knows them. Single males are escorted with the understanding that the sponsoring couple is responsible for the action of their guest.
- If you are a member of the media, law enforcement or government agency, you are here as a MEMBER of Rumors and not as a working individual for any of the prior mentioned agencies. As a member you are not to share any member or club information.
- Membership dues are collected on the night of a party that you attend. They are good for the night of the party only.
- You must be at least 21 years of age to attend the Rumors Parties or other events (19 in Windsor Ontario, Canada). Your ID may be checked at the door so please have it with you to verify your name and age.
These rules are real and will be enforced. They are for the safety of all our members, guests and staff.
